After connecting X (or on your first dashboard visit), a spotlight walkthrough highlights time windows, activity, filters, and where to add tags/notes.
If bookmarks are already present, the tour focuses on your first visible bookmark and explains folder badges (pulled from X folders).
Weekly email digests are now enabled by default for new accounts, with full control in Settings.

Timeline Bookmark UX Improvements
Expanding and collapsing tweet previews now works reliably, and the Open on X button is easier to spot.
Clicking a collapsed tweet preview expands it without accidentally opening links or playing embeds.
Clicking anywhere on an expanded tweet (outside links) collapses it back down — no more hunting for a close button.
Quoted-tweet links no longer navigate away when clicking inside the preview.
The Open on X button is now a filled accent button so it stands out clearly among bookmark actions.

Adaptive Timeline Sorting for Import vs Post Dates
Timeline sorting now supports post-date and import-date views with adaptive fallback so charts and feed always stay aligned.
Added a new dashboard sort dropdown with `By post date only` and `By date added to RewindBack` options.
Timeline and heatmap now switch together based on one computed effective date basis, preventing mismatched views.
When import dates are low-signal (all on one day), sync mode automatically falls back to post-date rendering.
Sort preference now persists in URL (`?sort=post|sync`) for refresh and share consistency.
Sort menu layering was adjusted to render above tweet embeds.

Sender formatting now supports a friendly display name, shown as Chong-U from RewindBack.

Smarter Filter Chips and Scroll Stability
Filter chips now show how many bookmarks fall within the active time window, and dashboard filtering preserves your reading position.
Folder and tag filter chips show windowed vs total counts (e.g. 3/12) when a time window is active, so you can see at a glance how content is distributed.
Hovering a filter chip with split counts shows a styled tooltip explaining the breakdown.
Timeline refresh keeps prior feed content mounted while new results load, reducing disruptive scroll jumps.
Filter changes now avoid full-page loading transitions in normal dashboard use.
